Services

Initial Evaluation

I will work with you to setup a date when I can visit your home for an initial evaluation of your child. The visit typically lasts between 1-1.5 hours. During my visit I will review your child's medical history and perform an evaluation. I will also administer a standardized test to determine if there are any developmental delays in their gross motor skills.

Upon finishing the evaluation, I will discuss my findings and recommendations with you. If physical therapy is warranted, I will outline an initial program to start therapeutic exercises, including a home exercise program that parents or care-givers can carry-over.

Home Visit and Therapy

Therapy sessions are 45 minutes long and can vary in frequency depending on the needs of your child. I work one-to-one directly with your child, to accomplish goals established in the initial evaluation. After each session, the home exercise program is updated as needed.

Doctor's Visits

When warranted, I can accompany you and your child to the doctor's appointment for discussion of treatment plan and to ensure the best outcome for your child. If I am not at the appointment, I follow up with the physician over the phone.
